"Working with diverse perspectives, distinct experiences, it's a truly interesting environment to be part of daily," he explains.
"This whole strategy has been something new but additionally truly exciting because we are partnering with team members from internationally."
Regarding the expectation on the team, the director states: "We feel stress but at the same time it's thrilling.
"It's a major venture. It's arguably the largest that many of us have previously worked on."
New Talent Adds New Insight
